What was the best part about dealing with Prospect Factory?

Service level and accuracy of the information. At the begining they collect a lot of info that needs to be submitted through a form, then they configure and test and provide samples of the ORM graphics and info that will be collected and propose a standard report for us which was great because that same report was the one delivered through the length of the campaign and we got used to read it and understand it perfectly.

What would you change about your experience with Prospect Factory?

It took a bit more time to launch the metrics campaign, basically because Prospect Factory required info from us that we did not have at hand and they refused to start before we provided all the info. In retrospective it was a good practice from them but at the time, I was desperate to start.

I have several campaigns that I need to measure this Fall and will work with them again.
