ProSolutions is a thrill to use, mainly for its’ user-friendly system that is well-tailored to suit our needs. Thanks to the easy point-and-click platform, even our newbies can get a hold of the software very easily. Besides that it is extremely detailed which enables to run pretty much whatever type of report necessary. Thanks to extensive client management features, the tool is amazingly useful and neat.

Well, sometimes I’ve encountered daily emails not working. Also, the online booking and schedule checking is a little flaky, so it could be concerning. From the features, the only function I wish it would have is the walk-in appointment queue, but other than that there is not much troubling me.

As with every software, there are some minor glitches and dysfunctions, but I wouldn’t tweak down the rating just for that as overall our team has found ProSolutions to be one of the most amazing tools yet, all of that owed to its’ lovely features and even lovelier customer support team. All-in-all, it’s a great tool to try out!
