First of all, the tool is easily operated. There was not anyone in our organization who cannot make heads or tails of it. So, we found it easy to adapt it to our training system. Also, the ready training resources like the courses helped us get our programs off the ground quickly. The support we received every step of the process increased our faith in the product.

That thought doesn’t arise in me. From the outset, the LMS has been helping me perform several tasks, from training plans to execution, in a linear fashion, and I’m more than happy about it.

Overall a great tool with great people behind it. Our business training has become more standardized because of the learning ecosystem we have been able to build around this tool.
