Prophix

Prophix is cloud based which is great for mobile users or employees who work in more than one office on a regular basis. It also enables collaboration amongst a large team for budgets, whether they are monthly, yearly, etc. Also, the reporting tools are great, which is a nice feature as well.

Prophix has a little bit of a learning curve and will probably require a trainer who is an "expert". The software is not all that intuitive and can take some getting used to but with an experienced user to show new users how it works, it should be an easier transition.

This software can be expensive, but with the features you have access to as well as the flexibility, the software has a high value in spite of its high price point. Further, it has been found to be quite reliable, with no lagging, or bug issues and users are able to work consistently with little to no issues.
