What was the best part about using ProMed?

Promed by ProEmtech is part of a full suite including LabNetX, MIRepo, ProAppS and ProMedLite. Promed has a module for patient registration and admission, appointment management, billing, HR module and more. Promed integrates to pharmacies as well as to Cafeteria using CafeQ module. Promed is supporting an application for Android which has very simple design and after login users can access to reports, prescriptions and feedback.

What would you change about your experience with ProMed?

Promed by ProEmtech is only available for Windows system, Linus, and Mac and it does not feature native applications for iOS platforms. Promed is limited and can not be used on the go. Promed is not accessible from a web-based interface through web browsers. Promed is bit priced high therefore it can not be affordable for some businesses.

Overall Feedback

Promed is using Java as a technology and MySQL database. Implementation of Promed requires a technician because of the nature of technologies it uses, it requires the installation of JRE and MySQL. The user interface of Promed is clean, simple and easy to learn. Promed has a good performance and it can be run on relatively any computer. The support provides brochure and a presentation to learn more about Promed.
