What was the best part about using Project Insight?
The software just manages to work properly across all of our computers and web browsers. We have a variety of team members that all have their own preference on platform, web browser, and how they access the Internet. Project Insight has been working rather well for us and it is something that has kept us together.
What would you change about your experience with Project Insight?
Their support is one of the best I have seen for an online service, but they don’t offer 24-7 support. Despite this, whenever we have had an issue, they have been quick to resolve the issue. They have also been quick to communicate with us and let us know that our issue is indeed being looked into.
Overall Feedback
When experiencing as much growth as our company did two years ago, you start to take on more projects only to find that you’re having a harder time keeping track of everything. Since everyone on our team had their own internal documents and methods for tracking tasks, project progress, and deliverables, it was really difficult for us to keep things together and deliver the final product to our customers in a timely manner.
During our research, a colleague of mine suggested that we consider Project Insight as they found it to be a miracle for their headaches. One of my biggest features of using an online platform fell back to some of the most disappointing situations I had with support, but they assured me their support team was quick to respond and able to actually help. This intrigued me, so we decided to give it a shot.
We took a tour of the software, figured out how we could use it, and then spent a couple of days making sure all of our projects were properly detailed. Within a few weeks we were already seeing the benefits of the software within our daily processes. Team members were getting things done on time, delivering their deliverables to the right team members, and reports were detailing what went on each day to allow others to adapt their following day based on that progress. That was probably the biggest benefit; team members were communicating whether they realized it or not.
