based on our extensive experience and the feedback from customers I would say the following are the top three things customers like about their PIAB implementation: 1) the ease of personalisation, they can make the processes, templates and reporting their own. 2) the power of reporting, saving them lots of time and improving the quality of their outputs 3) the flexibility of having browser and windows Apps and SaaS or on-premise. Meaning no avenues are closed off. Of course the value for money goes without saying. :)
