Proclass is a newly designed software intended to manage paper works, records and etc. especially on Alumni management system, which is one of the highlights that is being aided by this software. Through this software many said that according to their comments online, it made their work easier and it also made them do less effort. It’s indeed true because I’m the one who had witnessed the same thing as they were talking about, and at the same time, tracking students/pupils was made easier and find faster.

All of the things present in this world has pros, but to be fair and for the equilibrium of life, one must also have its cons. In this software it also has its disadvantage. If it happens that there are many people whose full names are similar to yours, it’s a big conflict. It’ll prolong the time of finding the records.

To sum it up, it is a plus points tothis software because it helped lots of people, including me, especially that nowadays, we encountered many people because of the increasing number of the world’s occupants. It’s now difficult to look back the files and records you have while you are still on that alma mater of yours, by just using your mind or by scanning your record from those plenty of files piled on a certain room, some of which may have been crumpled or damaged or the data attached in it are not readable anymore. So, for a high class Alumni Management Software, Proclass works best.
