ProClass

ProClass has lot of products and specializes in providing very user friendly flexible class management online registration and member management. It is also primarily recognized as a donation software used in pursuing education, gymnastics, dance and several non profits associations. It also has a base in arts and training dedicated towards specialty schools, and non credit education providers. It would be great if they can incorporate the FREE version of the product in the future versions. I especially liked the user friendly interface which is pretty simple and easy to learn even for users not much exposed to technology.

I think the product itself is very good however in order to retain its market leadership, it can improve upon the custom reporting. The system is not robust and is prone to frequent crashes which require uploading again consuming significant amount of time. I also found that the navigation among the modules quite complex. Also the pricing and customization features for small businesses can be greatly improved. It would also immensely benefit if the management provides good training on the product emphasizing on quality rather than just sell the product off the shelf! . In addition, the documentation features leave a lot to be desired and the Reporting features are still 'Work in Progress'. Few of our colleagues also were of the opinion that the creation of event pages is a very tedious and cumbersome.

Our Organization uses Proclass in the areas of event management and as a constant guide for interfacing our third party suppliers. The customer service team is extremely helpful and proactive in resolving the issues and is a delight to interact with. The integration with other applications is seamless and very user friendly. However at present though it is highly efficient with larges businesses, some customization thoughts can be applied for small ventures as well and make it affordable. The ability for our organization's teams to have these value add features of this product at almost real time is considered by the stakeholders as a great boost for our business and improve the brand image of the organization in the market.
