What was the best part about using ProcessPro?

This is a very simple program—at least to use. It didn’t take a whole lot of figuring out, and I never once got frustrated with the processing of the program, as I have with other software in the past. It did exactly what I needed it to, and without too many issues from the time that I first installed it. Customer service and installation were an absolute breeze, and it was so simple to figure out after that. It was nice to have everything work, and work well, from day one. I am quite happy with this purchase for our business, especially as a small business.

What would you change about your experience with ProcessPro?

Although this isn’t a major issue for me right now, I think that it is clear that Process Pro is not for larger companies. We are just starting out with our business; although we have been up and running for a while, we are still just starting to grow. This program would likely not be able to help with a larger organization and works best when there aren’t too many tasks to focus on at once. It is also very specific to its niche and individual types of businesses, meaning it is not quite as versatile as some of the other accounting software programs out there.

Overall Feedback

I think that this is a great program, as far as inventory control and accounts payable, etc., go. It does all of the basic functions, as well as some more complex accounting processes with ease and makes financial management much easier than others. For the cost, it is well worth it, but be sure that it will work for you before you invest the money—it is definitely not for everyone. However, if your needs are not too intricate, I would highly recommend that you try out Process Pro.
