They look upon the usage pattern and thus analysing the needs and managing the Proposals is now a very trouble-free task in Privia. The clients can easily access and review the proposals sent to them. You can also keep a complete control on your documents like who can view, edit, write or access them.

It would be great if the reporting features are further customised as it is limited at present. Right now only one person has the control on editing the document, it would be much appreciated if the access to editing and modification is given to more than one person. The software also has some working issues such as crashing, bugs and a few more. These software issues are surely a disappointing point for all. The price of the tool is also over budgeted and it could be tough for small companies to spend so much, thus making it an inefficient tool for small sized businesses.

Overall Privia is a marvellous tool for proposal management which does not even alters the actual document. I personally feel that the control of writing, editing and viewing documents should be given to more than one person so that in case the administrator is not able to or is not available to look upon the project than the other person can manage the work conveniently without causing any hindrance. Once you start using it than you need not take any botheration regarding any field of proposal management. It handles your quotes from start to end.
