What was the best part about using Privia?
Privia provides an amazing management of the pipeline. Also, you can import opportunity data very easily, thanks to the integration with other platforms, such as GovWin. I like the permission feature, it allows the administrator to restrict the access on many levels - user, folder, file, workspace. I like that you have a complete document control during the proposal - editing, viewing, writing and access.
What would you change about your experience with Privia?
It has a steep learning curve. I would like further customization of reporting features, it is quite limited. It would be useful if they could make it possible that more than one person can edit a document. The system tends to crash a lot. The price is quite high. There should be further improvements in control of the permission levels.
