Privia is well-suited for project / proposal management because of a live proposal feature. However, there could be drawbacks when working on web based documents and Privia does not provide graphical representations or snapshots of your project at a glance. Needs to improve search function and save web versions to desktop computer.

Privia allows for significant team efficiency and works reasonably well for developing workflow processes within the project development process. you can work on your document offline without internet access. Privia’s security is controlled on a very high level which allows users quickly secure workspace and improve customer service for other users
