One feature that I like is that your camera could act as a virtual counter by deploying virtual trip wires which allows you to count people that pass over them. This function has helped us monitor our shop’s customer and give us a baseline for customer traffic. Very neat tool.

There is really nothing much to dislike about this product as completely delivers what is needed from it. We have been satisfied with it since day one.One suggestion would be that their virtual counter should be able to compare data from previous entries that were made before and show it on a chart or a graph or something.

Overall, Prism by Prism Skylabs is a great tool which has helped us gather important data that we can use in implementing essential procedures in our shop. Obtaining baseline traffic data has never been this easy. We are glad to have used this product and we are deeply satisfied with what it has done to our business.
