What was the best part about dealing with Prime Publishing Press?

Their "creative team" contact was unfailingly polite, even when I had to tell him that the work was utterly unacceptable. After I explained what was wrong with it, and what was needed to improve it, he always thanked me for my feedback. The quality of work did not improve, but Zack Peterson, their manager, was always pleasant and seemed eager to please.

What would you change about your experience with Prime Publishing Press?

I would cancel the contract within the five-day "free trial" period.

Prime Publishing Press looks like it is connected to Amazon, but it isn't. It purports to provide promotional materials that will enhance sales of Kindle or Amazon publications, such as EBC content services, PPC advertising, content creation, in-depth keyword research, Amazon SEO, social media marketing, Amazon book publishing, author page marketing, and so on. However, its creative team has no concept of literary fiction or what might attract a discerning audience. Its work product is amateurish and utterly unsuited to serious writing. It is entirely AI-generated. Everything had to be redone, often several times, because the work product was tasteless and inappropriate. Do not believe their promises. Do not waste your money.
