Primalogik 360

The customer service is excellent. The Primalogik team receives and often implements feedback in a way that would never happen with a larger, older software provider. This is a living system, meaning the Primalogik team is constantly improving it, ensuring that this is a solution that can really scale with your business. For this reason, as well as its ease of use and superb price point, I would enthusiastically recommend Primalogik to any business looking for a system to administer evaluations, 360 degree feedback, and surveys. It has been great for my client and I've become a vocal fan of the solution.

This is a system that is evolving, so there is still plenty of tweaking to be done. Given how responsive and receptive the Primalogik team is, this really is more of an opportunity to customize an evolving system than a drawback. Though Primalogik excels at administration, its capabilities of reporting on survey results could be better developed (and are in the process of improving).

Primalogik is by far the best solution if you're looking for software to handle employee evaluations, surveys, and 360 feedback at a great price point. Larger offerings such as Halogen offer support in other (expensive and less vital) modules such as onboarding and employee document warehousing, functionalities that Primalogik does not have, but since small and mid-sized businesses have little need for these functionalities this is not a drawback. Primalogik punches well above its weight when it comes to functionality, is very easy and fun to use, and the team responds to client needs in a way that will surpass your most optimistic expectations. Highly recommend.
