Prezi

Prezi is an ideal presentation software. But once you commence using it you will notice that it is not an ordinary and basic slide presentation software. There are many attractive features in Prezi. If you want to focus on some particular part of your presentation, the canvas administers you with the rich graphic tools for that purpose. The canvas solutions also allow you to bestow all the data in the exclusive and in complex way. In beginning, maybe you find it hard to use because of its distinctive features and method from other presentation tools, but once you get used to it you will experience that using it is effortless and different.

Prezi being a software different from other basic presentation tools like MS PowerPoint and others, may be very crucial to use in the beginning for the new users. The canvas tool feature is an excellent one but it needs a lot of practice and knowledge to get thoroughly skilled in using it. Prezi comes with a free version as well as a paid version which is really admirable as you can first try the free version before going for the paid one. But the free version has a drawback that if you make any presentation on the free version, that would be public and visible to anyone using Prezi, having no privacy at all.

Overall, Prezi is a quite contradicting, efficient and functional tool to be used both personally and professionally. Though being different, it leaves behind those old, simple and always same presentation tools. Though there are a few let backs in it, but still if you first go with the free version you will doubtlessly be self-willing to next go for the paid version. This is the best for teachers and students, but may be some professionals may not consider it. From my side, it is a highly suggested tool for everyone.
