PostWire

Postwire is a program that helps exchange and share fata, including files, PDFs, and spreadsheets with other members of your team for any project. It is much more useful and transparent than plain email forwarding and sharing, which can be cumbersome and confusing at times. A great tool to communicate with clients, too, for reporting all progress in their projects and explain further sales moves.

While it makes managing and planning quite easy, it does not actually drive sales as much as I thought it would. However, it still has made my clients feel more secure, being constantly up-to-date with my work. There are some minor issues with implementation on Gmail (it does not sync well all the time).

Postwire is an asset that compliments the work of a sales team and keeps customers happy because of its reporting features. It comes with an easy user environment and at an economic price. It can also save your from tons of lost attachments form emails, by gathering all the files you need to collaborate with your colleagues in one place.
