PostScan is a wonderful tool when it comes to sorting the mails. In fact, I’d say its’ junk mail filtering option is truly one of a kind as it excels in its’ task. Its’ intelligence goes further though, as you can easily choose the notifications for different mail types while the whole interface is hassle-free and straightforward.

It is actually rather difficult to point out anything to be really bothering me with the software, however if to point out anything I would say the tool could see improvement to its’ feature set. Not that there is anything really wrong with it right now, quite opposite it is actually thoroughly capable of sorting and scanning mail items , however updates can always be made, especially for developing and integrating CASS and PAVE certified solutions.

For such a reasonable price I could say PostScan is one of the most capable solutions out there with its’ intuitive interface and intelligent scanning. It is very easy to use so even entry-level users can get a knack of it, therefore making it highly usable for businesses from various different sectors.
