The online web support makes up for the fact the software is confusing. I also like the fact you can run 'private campaigns' meaning certain affiliates can go to different landing pages. I had the issues of half my customers being in the US and the other being in the UK and therefore needed two separate landing pages in the correct currency.

It's confusing to use and simple problems to fix turn out to not be 'simple'. For example, amending the details of an affiliate requires me to log into their own dashboard panel. I don't like the fact there is not an easy to view dashboard option to clearly see what affiliates have earned what commissions.

Overall, the software itself is slightly confusing to use and a little overwhelming, some things aren't in logical places but the 24/7 web support is amazing and the team knows exactly how to help.
