Yes, yes & yes! PMI has absolutely taken feedback for current & future features & we always have appreciated & attempted to include our EvTracker family’s requests, suggestions & ideas, as well as, those of future participants!! We’ve always made it a concern to ensure that our future family members, as well as, our EvTracker Family members knew (legal ease: should know) that they were & are more than just customers. We have a list for suggestions & feedback that we make certain all our current customers, as well as, our future ones know that we not just care but take seriously what you think. Your ideas & concepts are what fuels our push into the future. Any suggestions & ideas have always been included in our process and we constantly ask “what do you want to see in the future” or “what can we do to make our program better, but still keep it simple & easy to use”. We want to know where PMI should, and more importantly, where we need to go in the future to best satisfy the needs of our current & future members. As business goes, we can never promise everything, all the time, at the very moment of request, but we can & do promise that suggestions always are considered & in truth go on our list. PMI is a fantastic business, especially because we actually care about our “EvTracker Family” (i.e. current customers) & future members, especially when it comes to what they think, want & need in the future versions of our program. We take your feedback & try to make it happen! At the same time, there are ideas that take research, planning & implementation, however, we have always taken our customers’ consideration/feedback as the first step in advancement to the next edition or version of our product! For more than 10 years I have personally had a running list of potential upgrades &/or add-ons, because frankly our program best works for those that it works for! Now that may sound silly, but truth be told, if our program doesn't work for you, then either 1) we need it to, 2) we want it to, and or 3) we will help you to find the best solution for your need! For example, awhile back the idea of a batch entry for multiple pieces of evidence was presented. Now truthfully, it was already on my list, but there were several customers who requested it. It took some time from a programming aspect, but it was implemented and is currently a part of our software system. As I said, it took some time, mostly from an application & programming standpoint, however, we worked feverishly to make it a part of our program because it was important to our customers & the industry! So, now Batch entry is a part of the PMI experience! Where else can your needs be considered when it comes to software development? We want to have the best product for you & your agency! Our “family” feedback is important & we work tirelessly to implement what’s needed, and wanted, as soon as possible. Our EvTracker family is the most important, not to mention the most amazing group of people, and we will continue with our “whatever it takes (within the confines of the law & in your best interest)” approach to get done what you need to have done!
