The cost of adding dedicated IP is too high when compared to other hosting providers. Another worst part about this hosting company is that they don't provide 24/7 chat support. I have often seen that the chat option is left offline for many hours. Unfortunately, they also don't provide phone support.

The pricing is a bit high when compared to other hosting companies. However, the knowledge of chat support is pretty good and they assisted me to fix the issue very quickly. Reseller hosting and shared hosting from this hosting company can be recommended to those who really need a good quality of network speed.
