I used to have another software before Planio, and I was able to compare it to other software and found it truly more excellent than the others. It is stable and easy to manage. Its feature looks so familiar and easy to utilize. And if ever problem exist, you can always ask their customer support team for answers. Their response is incredibly fast and helpful enough to fix the problem. The system is fast and good just like what I need.They also have a good reasonable price and got a free bronze plan, that really benefited me and made me loved it.

I honestly couldn't write any negative reaction with this tool. Its service is more than what is expected. No performance problem, and their support team are so helpful solving any issues I have which is great. But it would be more excellent if maybe they will add more feature features. Im hoping for it. Surprise me.

All in all I am happy with its service. It is the best redmine so far. It is consist of nice features like timesheets, agile board, backup and integrated respository. It takes everything to the next level, makes it easy and configurable. Their support team is highly appreciated. Giving us all the adequate answers we need. They also provide a free migration services for those who needed to migrate their tasks and history from there took only one and a half days to be completed.The first time I used it, I was assisted by the profeesional team of Jens Kramer. They did a very good job to solved everything in the agreed time. I highly recommend this to everyone, its professionality will amaze you just like what I had experienced when i'm trying to use it for the first time. Do avail their free bronze plan, but it is not advertise so you should seek for that one.
