What I like the most about Piwik is that it has a lot to offer and yet, the company still tries its best to expand their features! This software has a lot of features and types of analytics based on the needs of the clients. Its four main analytics report has been categorized properly to include all the standard analytics reports. With this tool, you will get information on your visitors, even their possible purposes of visit and pages visited, in real time. The dashboard was designed in a way that you cab get a sense of what is happening with all of the other pages of the website. This tool also lets you track your goals and helps you determine where improvement is needed to meet your objectives. You can also measure interactions, impressions, track searches, locate visitors, track transitions or what the visitors did or where they went before or after a page, and display analytics. This is truly an amazing tool!

The only thing that I think needs improvement is the installation process. It was difficult to install, most especially when technical staff or ITs are not around. An expert on this things should be present because the process tends to be frustrating. But once you are done installing, everything wil be easier and faster. Your patience will be tested!

Other than the installation process, there is nothing bad about this software. Websites become effective when it is able to serve its purpose, and Piwik can help you determine if it does and help you analayze how to improve so your website functions how it should.
