What was the best part about using Piwik?

What would you change about your experience with Piwik?
While its on-premise edition comes in as a free service, the SaaS edition costs a per month fee and its customer support service can only be accessed on paid email and phone service. This invariably means that users on free service cannot have access to tech support except through forums and FAQ/ knowledgebase mediums. Piwik supports multiple operating systems like the Windows, Linux and Mac.

Piwik users are allowed access to analytic details on the platform and this is done through the web interface and also on the Android/ iOS mobile app platforms. This software comes with a range of useful features such as real time data updates, privacy complaints analytics, site search analytics, web, ecommerce, intranet, app analytics, content tracking, customizable dashboard, event tracking, visitor’s journey, strong focus on software security and a host of other features. The Piwik also has a free trial version and offers consulting/ integration services with no entry level set up fee.
