Pivotal Tracker

Pivotal Tracker enables me to keep track of my projects at a glance and I am also able to determine which tasks are done, which are being worked upon and by whom. I also love the ability to give points to stories to be able to tag them and package the entire project into multiple EPICS.

The learning curve of Pivotal Tracker is quite difficult for a new user. It requires you to understand some new concepts such as points, epics and stories, where in you need at least one team member who recently has experience with Pivotal Tracker to be able to fully understand the whole process on how it works.

While I am working with Pivotal Tracker, it has helped me to streamline my business features for me to become more organized. My non-technical co-founder has also gained a nice overview in predicting the feature delivery by giving our customers better due dates for upcoming features. This is a must software.
