They were not accredited in the Better Business Bureau however they were listed with no complaints in the previous three years which was good to see. There SEO Woorank was seventy three out of one hundred which was right around the average during my research and showed a solid commitment by this company leading by example with their own services. I appreciated their Conversion Rate Optimization service which indicated a technically based search engine optimization understanding. They listed several clients on their site a few with recognizable brands here in Canada which I appreciated as an indicator of their credibility. There were multiple case studies available for each of their services with performance metrics and screenshots which was great to see.

They claimed to be Google Partner Certified for both Adwords and Analytics but when I searched Google.com/partners for their URL and variations of their company name there was nothing available. This shows either a lack of attention to detail or integrity. Perhaps they were certified at some point or the team member who was certified moved on. Either way it's never a great first impression to discover false or non-updated claims in regards to a company's expertise while doing your research. I was unable to find positive reviews externally of their site currently.

I was interested in a search engine optimization campaign from this company for our start up based in the retail and ecommerce industries. They made a solid case by passing most of my presales criteria up front. I was not going to judge the Google Partner Certification issue until after I reached out, as there could be timing reasons for this perhaps. So I reached out through their online submit form in order to learn more and obtain a quote from their team. Perhaps there was some miscommunication on my behalf but I don't recall a voicemail from them, and I didn't find an email when double checking though perhaps they are worth looking into for your business.
