The best thing about Pipedrive is its integration with Salesforce. You can import and export your contacts while using Pipedrive. Pipedrive is suitable for for small and medium business. You can also integrate it with your Gmail and Hotmail.

Reporting is main problem with Pipedrive. Whenever I try to pull large reports it slows down. Also Reports have less features when you compare it with other tools. Performance is not up to the mark. However, other features are outstanding. Reports templates are limited. However, it has complete Contact Management module. Dashboard of Contact Management module is attractive. Salesforce integration is easy.

Pipedrive offers free trial version. If you want to opt Pipedrive then you should try it free version. If you are satisfy with it then you can purchase it's paid version. Initially you will get some difficulty in using Pipedrive but with the passage of time you can easily use this tool. It is compatible with all modern browsers and mobile devices. Customer and technical support is perfect. You can also manage sales campaign with Pipedrive. I am happy with the way Pipedrive works for me.
