What was the best part about using Pipedrive?

Pipedrive is easy for use, very complete and well documented. You don’t even need training. I like customization ability with activities, stages and other. Integrations allow me automation which in turn brings amazing efficiency to my growing business! Customer support is always responsive, helpful and professional. I’d like to share my experience. Pipedrive supports multiple "Pipelines" at the same time. You need to define your sales process as a set of separate processes represented by Pipelines. It should be one big funnel. We had 3 pipes and I can see us using more. Now, I can’t imagine I’m working without PipeDrive.

What would you change about your experience with Pipedrive?

In my opinion there are just a few drawbacks. It can be a little slowly, I have to wait to register an action. Some improvements are always recommendable. I would also like if it is possible to see my overall activity across deals. In addition, I would like integration to gmails so I can track my sales more easily. During the work, I bumped into some difficulties. One of them is expansion of my business. I had some issues when I had to deal with large deals involving a lot of people or long email threads. I hope to improve features like export reports so I can do more detailed sales meetings.

Overall Feedback

I always recommend if there is possible, take a free trial and compare it to the others on the market. Of course, you should see if it meets your requirements. I found that no other could stand up to the features and benefits of PipeDrive at the price of PipeDrive. Price is reasonable. It was decision I don’t regret for. I solved a lot of issues and I got so much automation using PipeDrive. From my experience, it best fits to smaller companies. Customer support is professional and quick in response.
