PinPoint Document Management

PinPoint is wonderful for example with the easy DropBox integration and overall ease of using it – even better, they update the software constantly so you know it is developed further all the time. Another notable aspect is the customer service who is really pretty much all the time there for you and besides quick response time gives you comprehensive advice.

The UI of PinPoint can definitely see improvement! At this point there are some flawed functions, like the „enter“ button dysfunctioning or just not having the ability to reorder colums. There are many other small errors that you will find annoying and troubling in the long run.

PinPoint is not the best one YET but I see the potential with its’ great team and constant updates that give a glimpse on a brighter future – therefore the tiny mishaps and bugs are also a casual, occasional issues rather than something that would ruin the user experience completely. Definitely give this one a try!
