PingOne

Been with PingOne for weeks now and we are able to compare it to other competitors. We found out that its architecture choices are fundamentally different from them. They have this SSO (single sign-on) feature that gives IT team single dashboard to manage user access for all apps. It is also a great advantage that I am able to access my application to my mobile devices which is very helpful everytime I am not in the mood to face my desktop. Its a plus that they made the mobile version's quality same as what I experienced in my PC. They made it possible to give users one-click access to all their application in just a single account. And lastly, good thing we didn't encounter any problem when we did setup the system. It do works great when the application support the standard.

Need to work more when integrating it with 3rd party vendors. And also, some architecture with this product doesn't provide enough benefits. Such as its limitation in security policies and barebones reporting. But little more improvements may work. Every software has its flaws. But I believed that the creator of this software will somehow make new improvements to meet the user's needs.

I think PingOne's best feature is their SSO, in which single sign-on is possible to deliver apps for us end users from any device. It includes an application catalog with numerous pre-configures applications which made it possible to deliver single sign-on in minutes. Everything works well but I get a little confuse with the PingOne's SSO when setup for Office 365. Maybe they could simplify the process of getting it setup for other apps too. But still, it is recommendable to everyone.
