That it was so easy to use. It comes with a Quick Start manual that you can walk through in an our and off you go. Both for our technicians and for the office staff thought it was easy. The technicians can use an app on their phone and it has about 4 new versions each year. When a bug is reported, they fix it within hours. Really cool is you can take picture for recommendations.

It does not yet allow creating of invoices, but they are working on it. We still do invoicing using other software, so this is not a big issue. Pestscan does what it promises to do: collect data in the field, customer reports, planning etc. If we can create invoices in PestScan too, that would be great.
