The searching module is extremely functional - to add to traditional search enquiries you can compare the suppliers as well. Approval management is customizable and what's most precious about it: the massive supplier network, carrying huge database! Of course there is a lot more but the workflow and network are definitely the highlights of the software.

PerfectProcure in my book has not caught on to the modern needs and therefore the interface looks overly complicated. There is a mobile app but the looks of it could definitely see some improvement, especially when comparing to some other similar softwares - those which have been developed keeping in mind flexibility and neat design.

It is actually very rare but they provide a free demo which is very handy if you are still comparing different solutions. The supplier network is so huge that I am sure you will find it useful, together with the workflow processes. It might be a little "down-to-earth" and not so fancy, but if simplicity is the way to go for you, then this software will do the trick.
