PeopleFluent

I really like that with PeopleFluent the process is streamlined from start to finish for us. It’s a relatively simple user tool to help in the onboarding process. We have manager self-service as well so that the managers can get on and institute changes for their employees and in addition contractors. A main thing for me is that I can upload pdf files of almost any size.

There are a few issues with PeopleFluent like some of its processes seemed outdated compared to other options, and the UI can seem very clunky at times--too many clicks to get to the information that you are looking for. Support for the software can seem very limited and annoying to work through sometimes.

Overall PeopleFluent’s solutions drive business outcomes by providing insights into achieving talent objectives involving talent acquisition, performance, and development. PeopleFluent provides a cloud-based talent acquisition and talent management suite, complemented by applications for Vendor Management, Workforce Planning and Diversity, and Analytics. PeopleFluent integrates with virtually any core HR/HCM.I do recommend this product for SMBs.
