Pentaho

There is a huge Pentaho community to help and back you up, it's open-source. Pentaho's ETL function performs perfectly stable, and it's easy to edit the ETL rather fast in case of any changes. The reports are possible to be built in PDF or Excel, it's also easy to build interactive dashboards for analytical purpose.

The platform does not seem easy to navigate, as far as I'm concerned, as I find the interface is somehow a bit complicated and not user-friendly. So be prepared for the learning curve, it is there if you want to master the software, but that's quite natural and not a huge problem.

Pentaho is a great way to build interactive dashboards and reports that are very precise and detailed and allow perform visual analytics. The set up is not very simple as well as the use of the platform in the very beginning, but there are a lot of provided online materials for you to learn for free, and once you get used working with the platform, it's such a time saver. The licensing fee is quite expensive, I would say, but you can always use the Community Edition of Pentaho which allows you to get the most part of the main features for free. Pentaho's customer support is easily available and responsive in case of any issue.
