This company offers search engine optimization and I contacted them recently to obtain a quote for their services. We are a retail startup with an ecommerce store in addition to outlets in a major department store. We are looking for the best presales offer at this point as all of the companies in our due diligence have be rated amongst the world's best by one of the major seo review sites. So, I was very curious as to how the very best stacked up against each other. I like the personal testimonials on the website which all mention the owner Jack in a positive light. They mention doing technical based search engine optimization audits which was good to see. They have many large clients which are recognizable brands which helped their credibility from a presales perspective. They are not accredited in the Better Business Bureau but they are listed which I appreciate and have no complaints in the previous three years which was great to see. They have outstanding certifications and marquee clients which stood out to me. I like their process and methodology clearly laid out for each of their services.

I find it interesting that there are just three people mentioned on the Meet The Team page with two having pictures which say 'Coming Soon'. Obviously this is a minor issue in itself but it has me reflect on my knowledge of how this company may be run. In my experience as a small business owner having provided these same services to clients in the past now seeking a provider; seeing a page with only three people on the team with the clients they claim to have simply cannot be accurate, though when you work with a lot of freelancers as an outsourced team it's generally not on the top of the priority list to update the Team page. I get it. The BBB claims they have seven employees but either way to have clients such as Dell they must be an extraordinarily talented team or perhaps utilize third party developers themselves. Though I could be mistaken about this somehow I admit. It's simply the perception as a prospect with some experience running a smaller team in their industry previously myself. I don't believe they were currently Google Partner certified which would be nice to see from a company offering pay per click ad management. Their PPC management fees at twenty five percent are at least five percent than the industry average at least during my research as I was actually interested in this service as well at the time. Most were fifteen percent and some were twenty. This was the only one at twenty five percent though a couple were thirty percent until a certain minimum ad spend is reached.

Overall this is a very reputable company based on meeting most of my presales criteria. Anything I have mentioned in the negative field is not a deal breaker in my opinion. While I do not see an email follow up other than the automated no reply email from the submit I do believe they may have been one of the three voicemails I mistakenly deleted as I was learning Android for the first time on my new smartphone. So while an email follow in addition to this would have been in their best interest I do appreciate that they reached out. And I did not follow up with them again simply because the owner of our startup had all the information he needed at the time to narrow down his decision. Otherwise, I do believe this company will fulfill the services required to make your company more successful.
