It has a private cloud server which secures our data and reduce the risk of losing the files. It is capable of documenting and tracking changes too. You can either choose to install it on their local network or use a private hosting. And the best part, it doesn't cost you too much but gives you a high-quality service just like the other expensive PLM.

Regarding of disadvantages, there is nothing to worry about this thing. Bugs and any issues can be fixed quickly with the help of their tech support. It is also easy to use, to learn and to understand the system. They have an online training and tutorials for users, which is very helpful.
