It's a merchant account. If it works, you should never have to deal with them. Unfortunately, the product is just not as robust as Authorize.net for instance.

- If you have international customers, there's no way to turn off the Address Verification check at the customer are credit card level. This means you need to go into the security section, manually turn it off, run the charge, and then turn it back on again. - The integration with Bill.com has a big issue. When a charge voids for the previous issue, the status is not reported back to Bill.com in the interface. As far as Bill.com thinks, the charge was successful. Once you figure it out during reconciliation, you need to get in contact with Bill.com and have them process a "Cosmetic Void" and then run the charge again using the previous method. Both Bill.com and Paytrace are aware of this issue due to my reporting, and don't seem to have any inclination to fix it.

Honestly, if it was not such a pain to bring a new merchant account online, I would leave. I haven't been able to find an alternative to Bill.com either which gives a user facing front end as well as Level 3 pricing.
