What was the best part about dealing with PayPal?

NEVER HAD PAYPAL,THEY STOLE MY INFORMATION FROM A THIRD PARTY.THEY ARE ALWAYS SENDING ME BILLS.THEM AND NORTON.CONTACTED PAYPAL,SAID THEY WOULD DELETE MY INFO BUT TWO DAYS LATER BACK TO THE BILLS, BEWARE OF BOTH.

What would you change about your experience with PayPal?

Wish I never heard of them.would cation anyone doing business with them.
