VERY secure. I must say it was on my part that I couldn't access and recover my account since I forgot my security questions and password. The recovery options were between security questions and a phone call to a home phone number that is synced to the account. If you forgot your security questions and changed your phone recently, then you can't recover it anymore. I feel like recovery options could have more options.
