PayPal

Had a very very bad experience with PayPal today maybe 10 calls on the phone for 4 to 5 hours and still didn’t get no results. They allowed a company to withdraw money from my account when the membership that I didn’t purchase were already canceled and refunded back too me months prior. Had one dispute, pending which is taking well over three weeks and the company already said they refunded PayPal already. The third refine from the same company had to call them. They refunded me right away, but PayPal do not know what account the money is in. And do not want to give me my refund back. very, very poor customer service.

Less calls and better results very poor language barriers

Seems like for the last past few months PayPal has had very poor customer service not wanting to give refunds back even if it’s not your mistake me to be able to speak with someone that can understand me, and that can give you the proper results
