i didn't use it because of customer service after this

Worst part: Customer support is slow and unhelpful sometimes.

I made PayPal account in order to receive my salary on it i didn't know that there are some steps need to be done to receive money automatically i searched on internet and switched my account to business however i couldn't receive the money i called customer service wrote down i am not able to receive money on my Account please do this for me fix it and then i asked to send me the instruction for my reference but i asked them to do it for me..they sent the instructions and didn't do it and when my salary came they couldn't transferred it to me and i had to ask a person to receive the money and give it to me and i gave him 100 USD for this service because they didn't do their fucken job and fix this problem which is making my account set to automatic transfer. Agent Abdelaziz said that the response where from the AI not them and i informed him its your fault you didn't follow up after the AI respond because he do mistakes and because you didn't take any action or respond and the chat closed you costed me 100 USD and this is the second time i am not able to receive money which is so frustrating they didn't compensate me for the loss while its their fault they didn't activate the auto transfer while they have my written consent i discovered that when my salary released i couldn't take it because of the shitty customer service
