I think the only good thing I can say about it is that it is cloud based.

The staff is by far the worst part of Payclock online. I have never had a worse experience dealing with a service provider.

I spent over $3,000.00 for 3 clocks and a year of payclock online. I was told that they would help us get setup and that they could export to our Sage 50 accounting software. Right away when we realized that we were using a employee number of more then 10 characters which sage supports up to 20 characters I was told that payclock only supports 10. Then they told me I would need a workaround custom field. Then I was told that they would need to create a custom "export" or what I would call a report but it would cost an extra $500.00 to $1,500.00 and maybe as much as $2,000.00. I don't know for sure because this number kept changing. When I challenged this I was told they could do it for $500.00. At this point I said that this is a software problem and not a report issue and all I got from there on out was attitude. Even after I told them I was done and wanted my money back Catherine Banks, a sales person with Lathem continued to attack me with large font arguments and attitude. I also found during a complete day of testing to try and find a solution that the payclock online software is buggy, slow and will lock up from time to time so if you are making changed to a page and don't reload and save you lose all of your work. Stay away for this one. There are much better choices out there.
