Patriot PAY

Patriot Pay is an online based accounting and payroll software that is based in the United States. It's only available in the US because the software integrates with the particular tax laws for each locality, state and federally as well. I'm not from the US but have a passion for business software and find myself reviewing payroll and accounting software in the industry to learn how each works and to learn which software is best, and why. In that regard I am able to offer premium value in my review even though Patriot Pay can not be used by businesses in Canada. Though I wish it were. Because the functionality and the message from their company truly shows that they place a paramount priority on user experience and for small businesses in particular which I can certainly relate too. I am Patriot Pay's ideal prospect with the exception of my location. I have yet to discover another payroll and accounting software that is as intuitive as this. It truly allows you to focus on running your small business with an attention to detail that is exceptional yet simple in its approach. The user interface is dead simple and easy to use. The features are intuitive to learn and use. It leads you through everything you need to do with these complex setups by the hand and gives you a reason for everything you're choosing to do. This solution allows you to set everything to do with payroll and accounting in a matter of steps while understanding what you're doing along the way. It couldn't be any easier than this to do and it all aligns with your location and the particular tax laws which are appropriate. To me this is incredible software which takes something that can literally feel like a nightmare or at least be a heavy burden and create a relative amount of stress no matter what. Patriot Pay basically removes all of the tedious complexity out of the equation and enables you to focus on your business. That is what it is all about as the company founder mentions on their website. The company story is very cool too. There is a video which you can watch it's short and from the 1980's but it's simply about their humble beginnings and that does mean something and say something that they share this so candidly. It's cool to see how organized and professional they were in the basement right from the start when the internet was not even around yet they were preparing the groundwork for their vision and as an entrepreneur I can relate to this passion.

I don't like that I haven't discovered a payroll and accounting software as good as this available in Canada yet. There are a lot of great options but there is an extremely simple about Patriot Pay that removes more doubt and alleviates more stress by using it then I've experienced in the past, and while doing this research applicable to our start up having just launched successfully.

This is a very cool software with a great brand message that is going to save you a ton of time. More time than any other similar software in the market in my research so far. Xero is great but it's more for accounting and bookkeeping. SurePayroll is very good as well but not quite as easy to use as Patriot Pay. It's an incredible software with amazing value at a very low price. The price is low enough it will give you confidence that this professional component of your business is really sound as an start up or new entrepreneur. There's a free trial available without a credit card for anyone who wants to experience an excellent software design. I would highly recommend Patriot Pay for anyone looking for easy payroll and accounting software as a service.
