PatientNOW

PatientNOW is rather innovative tool for the possibility to communicate with other physicians seamlessly through the same system where you manage the patients. Being so flexible and versatile, also greatly customizable with its’ templates, I can see it benefit many users immensely as for us it did the trick and changed the daily work flow extremely.

Though there are not many things overshadowing the experience, I have found some updates bringing minor bugs to the system - not anything spectacular, but some small glitches here and there. When it comes to features, the only module I wish they would add is the walk-in appointment queue, but other than that it has everything you could need.

PatientNOW is full of surprises. At first it might seem like nothing much, but when digging deeper you will find it packs besides rich features even greater functionality. Though some upgrades bring minor bugs, it’s nothing special in the long-run and we still consider it to be one of the best functioning patient engagement systems on the market right now.
