Path Interactive was a digital marketing agency we had contacted for our project which offers pay per click ad management, social media marketing, search engine optimization, display advertising management and web development services. They had a number of marquee clients and case studies available for five of them currently on their website. The case studies each provided some metrics which helps prospects such as myself to under their typical results and by the accounts on their site they are consistently excellent. They had marquee clients with very recognizable brands. They had a very active blog with some valuable content which I appreciate. I liked seeing activity which helped me to understand that they practice what they teach and lead by example. When you see abandoned blogs by highly rated companies it makes you wonder about their commitment to their clients indirectly, but it's not the case at all here. I liked that the company showcases their team it helps to put a face and names to help get to know a bit about a company prior to working with them. I also liked that they recognize various specialized digital marketing needs such as emergent brands, regional businesses, B2B and B2C. This is surprisingly lacking in a lot of their competition presales strategies in my opinion.

I wish there were certifications available on their site so I could know if they were Google Adwords, Analytics, Facebook ads, Yahoo ads, Bing ads certified. This would help to differentiate them more from their competition in my opinion. I also wished they had a listing in the Better Business Bureau as this facilitates immediate trust in prospects doing their initial research. Though I acknowledge this company has plenty of credibility otherwise.

They were very responsive and made a lot of strong points which helped me understand why they are rated regarding successful campaigns for their services. I liked the case studies though I wish they were in a bit more depth in order to understand their process and methodology a bit better. Though I appreciate the marquee clients and metrics they do provide. I also liked that they have a community program in which they help to others who would not usually have access to this type of technology and training to help empower people in a positive way that goes beyond their own bottom line. These professional touches of significant in my opinion and help differentiate top rated companies. I have no doubt this is a top rated company and while our start up budget had us choose another path for now I would love to circle around one day and work with them. I am very confident they are legitimate professionals who can help your business become more successful.
