By the way, though very easy to use and cloud-based, it has all the features you could need – appeals management, damage tracking, permit management, ticketing and much more!

Besides not providing free trial, I find the biggest lack while comparing to some similar features, the lack of revenue management which is one of the greatest assets usually when talking about such software’s. However, it might not be essential for you, therefore I can’t consider it to be a major flaw universally.

Another asset you will find to be great advantage to the tool overall would be their lovely customer service. Therefore, I can't speak for all and say the trial is something essential as the investment to the software will pay off well, all thanks to easily usable system and great service quality.
