Pardot

I think everyone will agree with me when I say the best thing about Pardot is its seamless integration with Salesforce - it's almost as easy as A-B-C (but you'd take this comment relevant only if you're using Salesforce as well) For Salesforce users, a tool that would make things way easier is a great help, this one's included.

Pardot's biggest downfall is its reporting. I personally think it needs to go through quite a few refinement process. For any company who invests in a software such as this, the last thing they would want is a report that doesn't give all details a company needs. I consider reporting as the 'core' of lead management, hence Pardot should work on that.

Pardot is a good software but it isn't good enough for a company not to get tempted to use other available software out there. Whether you plan to use Pardot for lead management or marketing purposes, you would definitely wish they have better reporting result that what they have right now.
