Pardot

Pardot is an awesome tool which manages all my business work under one platform. It synced with the Salesforce which we can access so easily. My sales and marketing teams uses this tool with the help of Data.com and outlook feature for managing clients and leads. Now I can manage my email lists and forms in better way. No doubt various other tools are available in the market but the work done by this tool is much better and helped my business through marketing automation and email marketing. The support and implementation teams are too good.

The time taken to sync between Salesforce and Pardot is too lengthy when edition is done on the part of Salesforce. We have to understand this system before using it properly. I think UI should be improving so it can fully work with the social media integration. While adding client profile, many a times they don’t accept the information or sometime struck in the middle. I also faced the issue while reports are exported. I think there should be graphs and charts extra to the export report. The last thing I would like to improve is that segment visit of each page. I am not capable to see the visit of each page, so it should be redesign for better work.

Pardot is a great software and user friendly. It is backed with good customer care support. Their team is available for 24X7 to give us best solution to our problems in responsive way. It is better alternative for many other systems in the market. It is benefit for small type of organization. There is some hitches in it but except that Pardot is amazing email provider. I would recommend everyone just give a try and have positive results.
