Pardot

Pardot allows us to manage absolutely ALL of our business activities in one place and be able to track everything. Synced with Salesforce, we use it on a daily basis for 5 different offices – in 4 languages. Marketing and Sales teams use it with Data.com and Outlook for managing leads and clients. Forms and email lists are now easy to manage. We also use drip campaigns for helping leads to improve their learning curve for our DIY product.

The sync time between Pardot and Salesforce is a bit lengthy when making edits in Salesforce that need to be used in Pardot. For example, if I change status options for a campaign in Salesforce, it takes hours for the two systems to "talk" and push the new data. This is an issue when trying to quickly change completion actions.
